Philip is a doer. Over his many years on Earth, h’es called customer service many times. Like other people, these calls have often been horrible. Everyone has the same bad experience. Why is it such a universally terrible experience? Philip realized it should be better. In fact, Philip could build it better. His experience building products as a Product Manager with Amazon/AWS and Ernst & Young gave him the technical skills to make First Wave AI real. His experience as a Captain in the US Air Force gave him the foundation to build. That experience gives Philip the foundation, skills, and network to assemble a kickass team to get us out of customer service Hell.

Sales: An amazingly well connected person ready to distribute the product to the B2B customers. Once we achieve Sales success, this person is ready to scale the sales team to go exponential.

Engineering: A leader and a doer. This person has built billion dollar platforms before in Big Tech, and led teams in startups. They’re ready to get their hands dirty and get our MVP ready. They’re experienced with AI. After the initial phase, this person will help guide a team of engineers to build a scalable product.

Design: Simplicity is the heart of First Wave AI’s success. The designer has experience making beautifully simple user experiences. The goal of our platform is for customers to regularly log in to make updates and check on metrics, but to get enough use that they can move on from the platform. Set it and forget it.
